Light the Flame of Desire with Guided Yoga, Dance and Women's Coaching
FLOW TRIBE welcomes WOMEN (or those who identify as female) to light the flames and connect even more with authentic desire with community, deep teachings & practice, partnered learning, embodied dance practice,yoga and meditations with live DJ. This special event called THE DESIRE EXPERIENCE FOR WOMEN on Saturday (4/24/21) from 4PM to 8PM will be located on Venice Beach.
Cailin McDuff (Desire and Executive Coach and Teacher) and Jasmine Pōmaika’i (Embodied Dance Teacher featured on Oprah and Tony Robbins) are highly respected women leaders in the community and nationwide who are deep practitioners of their work. Mashi Cohen (yoga instructor, holistic health & nutrition coach) will guide you in an immersive yoga flow to transmute energy and feel into our bodies with love.
Are you feeling the burnout of working from home, never-ending zoom screens, and being around the same 3 people for an entire year? Maybe you are looking for your joy, pleasure, or spark, and you’re not sure where you lost it. If you are ready to turn yourself back on and connect to your own power source, we invite you to join us for the Desire Experience. Join in community with other women as we get in touch with our desire by feeling it, speaking it, and dancing it into the world. Learn how you can support and be supported by other women as you grow your relationship with your desire. We promise laughter, sisterhood, desire, silliness, body wisdom, and curiosity!
You will come out with a transformational experience, more deeply aligned with your desire and body with a more powerful voice and expression. Please bring a YOGA MAT, water bottle, journal and pen and layers if it gets colder in the evening. This event takes COVID safety precautions for a safe container, which will be outdoors and physically distanced using the modern headsets. If you know our FLOW SILENT DISCO vibe, you don’t want to miss this event.

Come as you are and fuel the fire that you have IGNITED with your community. Please come on time to check in and get in the flow by 4:00 PM. Check in starts at 3:30 PM.
We'll have a place for you to put down your items on the beach. Most people dance without shoes, but it's up to you. Bring layers for later when the sun goes down. Please also do not plan to go in the water during the program to keep the life guards happy.
Directions:
Put "Venice Fishing Pier" in your GPS. Drive to the end of Washington Blvd. Park and walk to the Right side of the pier on the sand close to the water. We will be dancing there. Here are the coordinates: 33.978835, -118.468183
Please arrive on time for the full experience. There is street & public parking in the area near the pier and a big lot at the end of Washington Blvd.

Cailin McDuff - Author of the “Working Woman’s Pleasure Guide,” helps overworked, stressed women who spend too much time in their heads slow down and connect with their bodies so that they can enjoy a life based in pleasure. After taking her first leap of faith and trusting her passion for Energetic and Emotional Intelligence, the universe blessed her with the opportunity to share her love of both worlds through KINRGY where she is a founding guide. In the early pandemic period of 2020, FLOWTRIBE started organically as a community to help individuals overcome Fear and Isolation by Love and Connection. Initially, silent disco headsets were used at some of our first events in May of 2020, where we danced and connected with one another in nature, while socially distancing. We were one of the first groups in the US, during the early pandemic lock down period to create dance, connection & meditation events, while utilizing the headset technology in a safe nature spaces to bring so much needed healing to ourselves and our community.
Our evolution and growth have led to creation of a spiritual community with multiple conscious events that we all love, with focus on yoga, meditation, sound healing, authentic connection, live art, conscious movement, dance and live music; all the beautiful things that put us in the Flow State. Our previous events include the IGNITE YOUR HEART FESTIVAL and multiple IGNITE local events & FLOW SILENT DISCO dance events like our FLOW ON WHEELS series. Now, we like to bring more of this loving energy out to everyone else in the community, who could benefit from the beautiful knowledge gained from so much that has helped us during our growing journey together.
